Monitoring, Usage & Auditing

The Qumo Web Console provides comprehensive observability over relay network throughput, billing metrics, and administrative security events.

Usage & Cost Explorer (/usage)

The Usage & Cost view provides a transparent breakdown of your tenant’s network transfer:
  • Total Network Usage: Ingress and egress byte volume accumulated during the current monthly billing period.
  • Included Quota: The monthly included bandwidth allocation provided by your subscription plan (e.g. 100 GB for Pro, 500 GB for Team).
  • Billable Overage: Bandwidth consumed beyond the included allocation, calculated at your plan’s contracted per-GB rate (0.08/GBforPro,0.08/GB for Pro, 0.06/GB for Team).
  • Per-Project Attribution: Clear charts displaying each project’s proportional share of bandwidth.

Audit Logs & Security Activity (/activity)

Every administrative mutation within your organization is captured in an append-only, tamper-evident audit log:

Tracked Events

  • User authentication events (OIDC logins, session revocations, password resets).
  • Project and workspace provisioning or deletion.
  • API key generation, prefix assignments, and revocations.
  • Bot machine identity creation and IAM role bindings.
  • Billing plan changes, payment method updates, and invoice generation.

Filtering & Date Presets

Filter audit events by:
  • Time Window: Last 1 hour, 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or custom timestamp ranges.
  • Resource Type: project, api_key, bot, tenant, or iam_binding.
  • Actor: Specific user email or bot principal ID.

Data Export Pipelines

Enterprise and compliance teams can automate log and usage ingestion into their SIEM or data lake:
  1. Navigate to Organization Settings \rightarrow Billing (/org/billing).
  2. Scroll to Automated Usage Export.
  3. Configure your destination storage target:
    • CSV Download: Instant point-in-time export for accounting.
    • Amazon S3: Nightly automated sync to customer-owned AWS buckets with server-side encryption.
    • Google BigQuery: Streaming append pipeline for real-time analytics.
